I've had this machine for 4 years, averaging 4+ cups a day between my wife and me. The coffee it produces is superb, certainly better than any coffee-house that I have frequented (the usual suspects) and it does it with consistency. The only slight niggle is that I'd like the Cappuccino to be hotter so I make it in 2 stages - froth the milk first - nuke it for 10 secs - then add a shot of coffee.
I have owned this machine for 5 years now. It is fantastic. I considered the Gaggia when buying but after speaking with an Italian wholesaler, I choose Delonghi. It combines the right amount of manual access with automatic features. This machine is going to be in production forever. A classic authentic bean to cup machine. When it first came out, you had to pay a premium, due to over-engineered parts. After 5 years of heavy use, I have replaced a rubber seal, grinders still perfect.
Hay! Thank you for nice precious information. I like and appreciate your effort. keep it up, good work.
