Gauges on the Rocket Espresso Machines

Gauges on the Rocket Espresso Machines
We're often asked why the Premium Plus model has only one gauge while the Professional and Evoluzione models have two. Gail explains why. Note: This is specific to Rocket Espresso machines only, as stated. Not all gauges on machines function the same, which is why we made this video.

  1. Hi there - I responded to your message on this topic; it's mostly about what your purpose/goal is with the machine that will define which is a better fit for you. Neither is necessarily better, just different features. - Kat

  7. This is true for other machines, it is not true for the Rockets. This is why we made this video. No corrections needed, the information provided here is accurate. - Kat

  8. this gauge is for the heat exchanger pressure, not your house plumbing pressure.
yes, you will see a pressure when the machine is off but it does not matter after the pump is running because the pressure state is installed after the pump.
and you do need one in vibration pump too.
    please correct your statement.

  13. These gauges are different than on the Quick Mill machines; we did do our homework and we know what they are used for. One is steam pressure only, the other is the rotary pump. The Anita is a closed circuit machine and does not need a gauge that reads / adjusts for water pressure; its gauges (and that on the Andreja) work differently. All gauges are not the same. You do your homework, please ;) - Kat

  16. It doesn't read the brew head pressure on any machine; boiler pressure and pump pressure. - Kat

  17. This is based on the gauges specific to this machine and provided by the manufacturer, so it is accurate. This may not be true for all gauges on all espresso machines. - Kat

  19. I'm sorry, but the movie just not effective because most of the information that you have given here is very wrong, check agin about the purpose of pressure gauge and see that you forget a lot of information and the other was wrong in most of the time.
if you need some help i will help.. i have a nice project about pressure gauge.
